拉力試驗機位移系統(tǒng)故障的處理

*、首先檢查拉力機位移傳感器。由于拉力機位移系統(tǒng)采用的是三閉環(huán)控制方式;所以應該先斷開位移系統(tǒng)中的回路,使其成為開環(huán)系統(tǒng)。然后測量位移傳感器的反饋值,重復幾次以后,測量到的傳感器反饋數(shù)據(jù)為一個線性變化的直線,判定傳感器是否正常。

第二、接著檢查放大器單元。如果位移傳感器沒有問題,應該重點檢查拉力機放大器單元,正常的放大器單元的輸出信號應該成線性變化趨勢。

第三、如果不是上述原因引起的故障,則應檢查電腦軟件設定是否正確;或者重新標定和校正位移系統(tǒng)。
